Key Responsibilities 

Support the project team through –

• Facilitate smooth project execution through program scheduling and implementation

• Provide logistical and operational support during events and activities

• Collaborate with external parties including non-profit organizations, social workers, schools, contractors, etc.

• Assist in creating project progress reports required by donor throughout the project.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong belief in the power of sports, new media, and performing arts to create social change.

• Preferably, more than 5 years of relevant work experience (3 years for Project Executive) in community and sports projects

• Able to speak, listen, read and write English

• Able to speak and listen Cantonese is preferable

• Able to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision. Our team is small, and self-motivation is essential

• Highly organized and able to manage tasks and projects effectively

• Preference will be given to applicants from ethnic minority backgrounds
