We are recruiting for a position to champion a social project, Ethnic Minority Youth KOL Programme 職少成多 - 少數族裔 KOL 育成計劃, that aims to develop ethnic minority youth to pursue opportunities in new media in the domain of sports. The project aims to smash the glass ceiling by providing training on communications and personal brand curation.

Key Responsibilities
Support the project team through –

Facilitate smooth project execution through program scheduling and implementation

Provide logistical and operational support during events and activities
-
Collaborate with external parties including non-profit organizations, social workers, schools, contractors, etc.

Assist in creating project progress reports required by donor throughout the project.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-
Commitment and belief in the ability of sport and new media to create social change
-
Over 3 years of relevant work experience in community and sports projects is preferred
-
Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
-
A highly organized approach to all tasks and projects

Ability to communicate effectively
-
Ability to work independently and without micro-management - our team is small and an expectation to work independently and being able problem-solve on your own is essential.
